Joe Caracci
Instructor
With over a decade of collegiate coaching and player development experience, Joe brings passion and expertise to every athlete he trains. He specializes in hitting, pitching, infield skills, arm care, and athletic movement development. Joe has helped athletes reach collegiate and professional levels through individualized instruction and modern training methods. His commitment to fundamentals and performance development makes him a trusted resource for serious athletes.
Chris Rooney
Instructor
Chris Rooney enters his second season on USCB’s coaching staff in 2025 as pitching coach under Head Coach Brian Lewis. Before joining the Sand Sharks, he served as pitching coach for the Alexandria Aces, helping lead the team to a 55-17 record and two division titles. Rooney also spent three seasons as head coach and pitching coordinator for PrimeTime Baseball in Northern Virginia. His coaching background also includes time at Liberty University and Averett University.
